1. Services

RP K9 Academy provides professional pet care services, which may include pet boarding, dog walking, grooming, daycare, training, pet sitting, and transport services. All services are subject to eligibility, availability, and specific program terms.

2. SMS Communication & Consent

By submitting your contact information through our website, forms, or in person, you agree to receive automated SMS messages for updates about appointments, services, reminders, and promotional content. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt in to SMS messages by submitting your phone number via our website, written forms, or replying with a keyword to a short code or local number. 3. Payment Terms

All service fees are due before services begin, unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via Stripe, Square, PayPal, or other approved methods. Deposits may be required and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled service date for a partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit any refund. Please contact [email protected] for special cases.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and current information regarding their pet’s health, behavior, and vaccination status. RP K9 Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the pet is deemed aggressive, unhealthy, or poses a risk to others.

All content on our website, including images, videos, and service descriptions, is the property of RP K9 Academy and protected by intellectual property laws. Use of our site implies agreement with our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

7. Liability Waiver

While RP K9 Academy takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, you acknowledge that pet care services carry inherent risks. You agree not to hold RP K9 Academy liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in our services.
