Utilizing this dog in an unauthorized or inappropriate capacity may result in legal consequences, including but not limited to civil liability or lawsuits. Restructured Purpose K9 Academy is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the misuse or improper deployment of a trained dog.

I acknowledge that Restructured Purpose K9 Academy makes no guarantees regarding specific results, as individual circumstances and variables may influence outcomes.

I hereby release and hold harmless Restructured Purpose K9 Academy, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in this program.

• I accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by my dog during or after training.

• Restructured Purpose K9 Academy is not responsible for damages or liabilities resulting from actions by the dog outside of training sessions.
