By agreeing  to this disclaimer you are stating that you know, understand, and agree to the terms of the service(s). Any personal information provided will be confidential and will be securely stored in our encrypted software. Each lesson should be completed within 7-10 business days of each other. Delaying lesson(s)/session(s), consistently rescheduling, or failure to communicate with the service provider or lack of response; can lead to a loss of service(s). All scheduled private lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 48-Hours prior to the appointment time. Late cancellations and “No-Shows'' will be charged at the normal rate. At 10 minutes a late fee will be assessed to your balance. After 15 minutes you will be considered a "no show.” All payments are due prior to the start of the service. If your payment has not been received before 48-hours of the service, the service can be cancelled at the discretion of Restructured Purpose K9 Academy, LLC. Payment plans are available if needed. A non-refundable deposit must be made to book your service. The paid deposit will go toward the cost of your service. The deposit fee will vary depending which service is needed. An invoice will be sent stating the terms of the service(s). Payments can be made via Cash, Cashier's Check, PayPal, Quickbooks, or our website. Restructured Purpose K9 Academy, LLC is not held liable for any illnesses, injuries, or reactions that may or may not be incurred at, during, or thereafter the service. Restructured Purpose K9 Academy, LLC has the full authority to render services at the discretion of the service provider. The safety for all involved parties is of the utmost importance to us. A refund/reimbursement will be reviewed on a discretionary basis. After the start of the program(s), a refund will not be issued. Your remaining program/services can be transferred or credited towards another program/service. Dog training is a process and is not an instant fix. It is a partnership that requires accountability, consistency, discipline, loyalty, and love. This formula will create a lifetime of memories and happiness! As the owner and/or client, you are solely responsible for maintaining the solicited service(s) provided by Restructured Purpose K9 Academy, LLC.  Note: All services are subject to photogText Box Listraphy/videography for the good of the business. All animals used in services may or may not be used as a form of advertisement for Restructured Purpose K9 Academy, LLC.
