- Physical injury to dog from defensive scenarios
- Aggressive behavior during or after training

the dog following training.
4. Release of Liability
Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Restructured Purpose K9 Academy, its owners, trainers, staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, lawsuits, or losses arising from or related to:

Client also acknowledges that they are solely responsible for knowing and adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the use and handling of a protection-trained dog.
5. No Guarantees
Client understands that while every effort is made to ensure the dog is trained to a high standard, no guarantees are made regarding performance, safety, or control in real-world applications. Results vary based on the dog's temperament, consistency in training, and the handler's abilities.
6. Veterinary & Health
Client confirms the dog is in good health and current on all vaccinations. Any injury or illness occurring as a result of protection training will be treated at the Client's expense.
