Dog Training Liability Waiver

Client understands that dog training, behavior modification, and handling of animals involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

- Dog bites or scratches

- Injury to the dog or others

- Property damage

- Stress or behavioral regression

Client acknowledges that behavioral modification, especially involving aggression, reactivity, fear, or other

problematic behaviors, does not guarantee permanent or complete resolution and may require ongoing

reinforcement and management.

Client agrees to assume all risks and accepts full responsibility for the actions of their dog before, during, and after training services provided by Restructured Purpose K9 Academy.

Client understands that it is their sole responsibility to maintain training, reinforce learned behaviors, and

manage the dog safely and responsibly after services have been rendered.

Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Restructured Purpose K9 Academy, its trainers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to:

- Training activities (on-site, off-site, or in-home)

- Recommendations or equipment used

- Dog's behavior during or after training

- Any third-party injuries or claims resulting from Client's dog

This waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claim of negligence, personal injury, or property damage.

Client further agrees that they shall be responsible for any and all attorney fees and legal costs incurred by

Restructured Purpose K9 Academy in defense against any claim, dispute, or lawsuit initiated by the Client.

Client certifies that their dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health to participate in training. In the event of a medical emergency, the Trainer will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client. If the Client cannot be reached, the Trainer is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Client's expense.

Client agrees to disclose any known behavioral issues, including but not limited to:

- Human or dog aggression

- Bite history

- Severe fear or anxiety

- Resource guarding

Failure to disclose such information may result in early termination of services without refund and may place other animals or people at risk.

Client understands that no guarantees are made regarding the outcome of training. Results depend on multiple factors including the dog's temperament, environment, consistency of the owner, and adherence to the training program.
